What personal data do we use for the above purposes? In order to provide you with the services you request, we require personal data such as name, identification, labor, patrimonial, financial, nationality, migratory, place and date of birth, e-mail, home address, work address, marital status, proof of address, etc., which are obtained from the documents you fill out and from the private or official documents you provide directly to us.

With whom do we share your personal data? Eventually, your personal data is shared in order to comply with legal requirements or to comply with a founded and motivated order from the competent authorities in the exercise of their functions of notification, surveillance and control, specifically, with the Institute of the Territory of the State of Colima or other Federal Entities regarding transfer of ownership transactions, the Tax Administration Service in tax matters, as well as local or federal judicial or administrative authorities under Mexican law, financial institutions for processing mortgage loans and with the Notary Public with whom your transaction is formalized.
